“It was a place to sleep overnight before our flight. The bathtub didn’t have a plug, which was inconvenient for giving my granddaughter a bath after our last day at the beach. I had to plug it with a washcloth. The staff checking us in were very friendly & helpful with anything we needed.”

“Nice clean hotel, breakfast was ok. The room advertised a pull out double bed sofa. It was barely a super single, but it was comfortable for a pull out. Ice machine is in the refrigerator in the room and if you don't know to turn it on when you get to the room, then you will not have ice for the morning. Price was a little high, but what can you do about that anymore?”

“Hotel offers complimentary breakfast but on daily basis they bring out of coffee. A designated staff member to help with coffee refills, clean waffle maker, floor or counters would help. Somebody dropped a sausage on the floor that I had to picked up and clean since it could have been dangerous for other people walking by.”

“I wish the breakfast time could be extended until 10 AM. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in the last year. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the place was very clean and well cared for. I would recommend us to anyone who is looking for a very nice place to stay.”

“This is one of the best properties that I have stayed in. The rooms are quite big. The staff, right from the receptionist to the room service and the server at the breakfast were very nice, pleasant with a genuine intent to help the customers. Overall, an excellent stay.”

“Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had roaches, which made it feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable. Reported it to front desk was moved to another in which the toilet was clogged and clearly had not been properly checked before guests arrived. I was also frustrated to find out there was no complimentary breakfast — instead, breakfast cost $26 per person, which was overpriced for what was offered. To make matters worse, parking was an additional $20 per night. With all the extra fees...

“The property was nice and close to everything. However, my husband got a gash on his leg when he hit a rod sticking out of the bed. Tried to get with staff and did not get any response. I also sent an email to the hotel when incident happened. I took pictures of the injury and the sharp rod sticking out. I would like to file a formal complaint because other people are going to get hurt. Please advise. Thank you”

“Bathroom floor tiles were dirty and grout looks it was never clean. Dirt on corners around the bathroom. Sofa bed looks dirty. AC was loud and air coming out at initial start was smelly.”
